From discarded clothing to high-quality new fibers
With Fibre to Fibre, Company Fits transforms discarded corporate clothing into new, high-quality textile fibers. This circular process begins in the Netherlands, where the clothing is carefully sorted and fiberized. Only usable fibers are processed into new yarns, the fibers are compressed into bales and sent to our specialized spinning mill in Bangladesh. There, they are converted into strong, circular yarns. Bangladesh is a logical location due to its existing infrastructure and technical expertise in textile processing. This ensures that we can produce new clothing efficiently and sustainably, without unnecessary environmental impact.
Importantly, no textile waste is exported. The sorting and fiberizing occur in the Netherlands, so only valuable fibers re-enter the production chain. This approach keeps the local impact manageable and does not contribute to the growing waste problem.
Compliant with the latest EU-ERP legislation
European regulations on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) require companies to take back textile waste and recycle at least 10% fiber-to-fiber. Fibre to Fibre enables this on a large scale, ensuring your corporate clothing complies with legislation while setting a new standard in circular corporate apparel.
